What we don't do

We never ask immigration status
Status is not stored, not asked at signup, and not required for any feature. Workforce platforms don't need it; workers don't owe it.
We don't share without consent
Your skills wallet, certificates, and hire history are visible to a new employer only when you explicitly share them — never automatically, never as a default.
We don't lock you in
Export your wallet as PDFs anytime. Delete your account in one tap; data removal completes within 30 days.
We don't use dark patterns
No fake urgency. No hidden auto-renewals. No pre-checked consent boxes. The CTA you see is the action you're agreeing to.
Technical posture
Tenant-isolated, encrypted, and auditable.
Tenant isolation via RLS
Every database table enforces row-level security on tenant_id. A bug in application code cannot leak one tenant's data to another — the database physically refuses.
Encryption at rest and in transit
TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. Phone numbers stored as salted hashes for lookup; raw values are never logged.
Append-only audit log
Every privileged action — admin reads, exports, deletions — is logged with HMAC tamper-evidence. Workers can request their audit trail.
