Farmworkers feed California. They deserve workforce tools that respect their language, their privacy, and their portability. Every feature on AGCONN ships bilingual from byte zero. Every record they earn travels with them. Every employer is verified by name. That's the bar — non-negotiable.

Verified employers, by name
Every grower or FLC posting on AGCONN passes a license check or attestation. Workers see verified entities — never anonymous postings.
Portable records
Workers own their data. Certificates, hire history, skills — exportable as PDFs at any time, deletable on request.

Our public benefit purpose: improve workforce outcomes for California farmworkers through bilingual platform infrastructure and grant-aligned reporting. Annual benefit reports filed with the California Secretary of State.
