Public impact dashboard

How the work shows up.

Public numbers on placements, wages, training completions, and verified employers — refreshed nightly, WIOA-aligned, and grant-defensible. Each tile stays under "coming soon" until enough records have accrued to publish without re-identifying anyone.

How the numbers work

Grant-defensible by design.

What we count

Hires recorded against verified job postings, completions recorded against CDFA / F3 / CalOSBA programs, employers with passed FLC license checks. No estimates.

How we round

Worker placements and training completions round to the nearest 10. Median wage shows two decimals. Verified employers show the exact count — there's no privacy concern with a public total.

When we suppress

Any tile counting fewer than 25 individuals shows "Coming soon" instead of a number. This protects against re-identification while we're early.

That's everything we publish here today.

Transparency report 2026

We will publish even when there's nothing to report.

AGCONN's first transparency report covers the period from launch through December 31, 2026 and will be published in January 2027. Here is what we will report on, and what we can already say today.

  • Government data requests

Subpoenas, court orders, and warrants we receive — count, type, whether complied with, whether the user was notified (when not legally gagged). To date: zero requests received from any local, state, or federal agency. Zero requests from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have been honored, and none will be honored absent a judicial warrant signed by a judge.

    0 received to date
  • Security incidents

Any breach of personal information, any unauthorized access to production systems, any extended outage. To date: zero confirmed incidents. If one occurs, we notify affected California residents under California Civil Code §1798.82 and notify other users without unreasonable delay, regardless of cadence.

  • Subprocessor changes

Adds, removes, and replacements among the infrastructure providers that touch your data. The current list and the standing commitments for any change are at /subprocessors. To date: no subprocessors added, removed, or replaced since launch.

    0 changes since launch
  • Account actions

Suspensions for fraud, unverifiable employer profiles taken down, FLC license revocations detected and acted on, accounts banned for harassment or unlawful discrimination. We publish counts, not names. To date: too early to report; counts will be published in the 2026 annual report.

  • AI and automated decisions

Where AI is used on the platform: machine translation between English and Spanish for user-submitted content (resumes, job postings, messages), and ranking signals on job and worker search. AGCONN does not make automated hiring or eligibility decisions about workers. Workers are never ranked, scored, or rejected by an algorithm — every hiring decision is made by a human employer.

    Translation + ranking only
